Someone told me that if your stock drops below one dollar, you'll be delisted from NASDAQ or NYSE? IS this true and is Windstream going to be delisted? If we do get delisted, what are the implications for Windstream and the value of the stock (and all of us who still have some stock saved - I wish I have sold it long time ago, but live and learn - honestly I had just a few thousands locked in it so, it's not the end of the world but Windstream's rapid collapse is hurting many)...

When they file for bk they’ll be delisted.

Its 30 consecutive days.
what sane person would invest in this flaming pile of p00p at this point?
Seems to me they should change their ticker acronym from WIN to LOSE. I’m a former employee feeling sympathy for the real/current Windstream worker bees.
30 business days? the clock is ticking? calendar days or business days?
30 straight days under a buck to be delisted. Right now, a bag of Doritos is worth more than Win stock.
WIN is going to end up declaring Ch.11. When that happens all outstanding shares will go to zero.
I thought it was 90 days to be de-listed
Probably the biggest implication is the loss of institutional investors...many of which don't invest in OTC stocks. Other implications include loss of liquidity and embarrassment (or rather more embarrassment than already experienced).

1 day and counting now....
If I'm not mistaken, it has to be below a dollar for 30 days.
