This new company is not an SLB company or a Rockwell company.
Employees for the new company wont be working for either.
From what I see, SLB and Rockwell dumped their under-performing departments into this new independent company.
I think this will work because SLB were smart enough to have Rockwell the controlling shareholder and avoid having the entity managed by Schlumberger managers.
Slb management is living in another planet.
Technology wise brains are a decade behind the curve
