February 2017 stores in Chicago closed that had leases that hadn’t expired. I don’t think cvs has a problem breaking the lease.

Stores not making profit already get shut down once lease is up. So this is not new.

According to lead financial groups, they are dumping all interests in this company and strongly suggest sell . They base this on the last quarter earnings and the company business model going forward. Trial hubs are not being received well by community and expenses can not be controlled during the expected roll out . Company has announced another layer of expense control will be implemented this quarter. (Labor)
