Unless the laws changed there will be severances. I got laid off years ago because the company went bust and we still got a severance.
Should let go the entire west coast. Struggled for years out there.
people who were let go in January haven't received their severance yet. looks like they get screwed too when WIN goes belly up. what a sh--sh0w.
Severance will be severely limited non existent once win enters bankruptcy. All the money will be earmarked to repay everyone they owe money to at pennies on the dollar, that and a crazy amount of executive pay and bonuses to stay (yes the same people that tanked the company) in order to keep operations running until bankruptcy is over.
give me a severance and i'm out of there. this sinking ship is about to hit rock bottom real soon.
