I finally was in one of those morning meetings where they warned us about this site. People were actually turning their heads laughing.

Everyone at my store is talking about this site. I overheard the managers wondering who will be exposed next.
The smart ones usually don't stay for more than a year anyhow.
What they are afraid of is that current employees will come here to post about how bad things are at their stores. (even if they do it anonymously). Just keep in mind, your store managers are not your friends and will lie straight to your face.
One of the newbies was asking me why the managers are so nervous. I told them, because they're guilty.
