Most of the employees have not received bonuses , or have receieved peanuts . Most of the employees will quit once bonus is credited to them by end of Feb. Massive exodus of people going to leave by March, will make scharfs job easier ! There is nothing like employee morale left in BNY :( SAD BUT TRUE !

Most of the people I know are already looking for jobs or waiting for the package.. no one will stick around except the useless employees who know nobody will hire them outside.. they will wait till the end till the company sinks completely.. choose which one are you !

Clawback is not relevant. The annual bonus is based on performance for the previous year. Its payment for work already done. Tell ye, if I didnt get paid for work done, there would be trouble....
Didn’t show up when? Increases don’t go into effect until July
If I was promised a bonus and did not get one.... I would make it an issue if I didn’t care if I was fired. If I cared I would think twice.
I have heard of some people that were given a raise and it was in writing but didn’t show up in the paycheck. That’s a problem.

Manager told me at end of year discussion, I would be getting a bonus.
Now I find, I am getting nothing.
That depends. Certain groups and grade levels were required to sign that clawback document if they don’t give 30-60-90 days notice depending on grades. Might not see the full effect until summer.
