Is other departments moral really low right now at NOV? DDS is being managed to the ground. Joey and CJ have the worst management skills in all of NOV. Everything is so micro-managed. We are always looking over our shoulder on everything we do. Everyone working in the DDS field is tried of the constant threat of spending more then $32 a day for food on our expense report. It's amazing that NOV policy is $75 per day yet Joey threatens corrective action if we spend more them $32. Our managers are constantly jumping over dollars trying to save pennies and nickels. Can't even get work done on our work trucks without begging. I wonder when upper management will see through their smoke screens of BS.

He came over from HAL and tries to manage with intimidation. He's lost everyone's confidence. Tony Pink isn't around to protect him now. Wouldn't surprise me if he leaves and goes back to being a DD. He suffers from little man syndrome...
