Imagine where DXC could have been if it simply replace one particular person , rather than so so so many others . Just imagine.

HR should declare a conflict of interest in terms of the relationship with the CEO.
"Perhaps HR could cancel his benefits" are you stupid! HR works for the CEO and in this case as I hear sleeps with him. The major stock holders are the key and the board of the directors. Maybe this Steve Hilton lawsuit will bring enough attention to how ML operates and gets rid of him. If that happens he won't be fired for cause and will collect millions with his golden parachute,
The said unmentionable person could not give a toss about DXC employees and is merely waiting for his retirement pay check before the shareholders realise what went wrong.
Perhaps HR could cancel his benefits ahead of time and put him on a PIP for not sufficiently looking after employees who are suffering with insufficient compensation and poor morale?
Wouldn't make a difference, many leaders and management through Dxc and other companies like the unmentionable person.
DXC may turn around to more positive things in the future or may likely go down and down until it is broken up and sold off.
