Thread regarding Sears layoffs

What will be Eddie’s formal role in the new company?

Not directly a layoff-related question, but I believe that some folks will find it interesting. To clarify, I’m aware that Eddie is the one who will dictate all the processes in the new company, especially now that he is the owner. My question is will he have a formal role in the leadership of the company al will he dictate from the shadow?

I'd love it if we could use this site to discuss REAL plans. What people know and are hearing, instead of bitter, back-biting comments that have nothing to do with what's going on.

Close about 20 stores a quarter, and have it all gone by 2021.

Business as usual. Liquidation and layoffs continue at his pace.

Pretty sure he'll re-establish himself as CEO of the "new" Sears. Or at least president.
