I’ve heard some say they’re in a rural job where there aren’t higher paying jobs making like I do here. I may be wrong and please correct me if so, but it may be wise to get a new job and start moving up within that company or commute an hour or so for a job as it’s easier and less stressful to find a job now compared to when you do not have one. Be interesting it they update the severance document. It has language in it that says they can change it at any time just like the 401k match has that language.
