Same at Rite Aid, never more than two people per shift at my local rite aid, so I never get asked if I need help. Cvs asks you if you need help as if it's employees work on commission. Only company I know that pushes the customer service so hard.

I agree, I've been to Target or Walmart many times and never once have I asked if I need help! Same for places like Home Depot or Lowes. Even Walgreens I never been asked if I need help. CVS is the ONLY company that pushes this ask people if they need help garbage. Like we don't have enough things to do everyday!

myCustomer Connection is by a company called Medallia. It is an industry standard and used by Target, Marriott just to name a couple. We should have been using them all along. The smiley faces are the least of our problems

Lack of technology is unbelievable...I worked for another retail pharmacy for years and when I came to CVS I couldnt belive how bad the systems were...dont even have outlook on the office computer???the hub looks like something a 5th grade did for a homework assignment...the new customer connection is a joke as well...smiley faces??really??what are we 8 years old??planograms need to be sent to you by mail??why the hell aren't they available online...might want to hire someone with an actual innovative idea up there
