Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

DXC is TOP EMPLOYER in most of European countries

DXC management has jst purchased a "commnication" campaign into the medias. It has nothing to do with any DXC internal practice about its employees. DXC has given some money to TOP EMPLOYER communication company and they filled their campaign with DXC name and many other companies.

This is a very interesting business for TOP EMPLOYER company.

But, there are some internal survey, made in some countries. In France, management has still not provided the results to employes. And there is a reason. ABout the 2 main DXC subsidiaries running in France, here are some amazing results

Legacy CSC company scope : More than 80% of the employeed DON'T recommed DXC company outside.

For legacy HPE-ES company scope, the result is reaching more than 90%

So, I understand why management does not make an overall and public communication .....

TOP EMPLOYER ? Are they sure ?

It is true that DXC is a top employer in Europe in terms of useless and clueless employees (read here graduates). Mikey needs the illusion that everything is OK so that he can retire before the truth dawns.

I used to love playing buckeroo as a child. Do you remember? There was this white horse thing that had two feet firmly locked into the ground and its a$$ stuck up in the air, that you had to press down.

This white horse had an empty saddle with promises that it could lead you through the dark times no matter what challenges were laid upon it. Remember? Then this nice guy with the funny chin started to attract lawsuits. First it was just a few american health accounts,. Then it was bigger society's and companies.

Soon, it became obvious to everyone that the company was not doing well (year on year revenue declines) and lack of real leadership.

So then, this toxic meglomaniac drives the business into areas that attract even more lawsuits which are claiming damaged for failed deliveries. Meanwhile, meglomaniac-man is far too busy doubling reduction targets - to test the resolve of his EVP - to notice things like legal weight. Soon, the white horse becomes overloaded in lawsuits and starts to buckle.

A man called Hilton adds one more almighty bucket to the saddle of said horse!

The horse could take no more....BUCKEROOO!! It snaps and kicks! All of DXC comes tumbling down all over the place.

Let the world rejoice - finally!!

But alas, fairy tales never end as you'd like them to. I am afraid, Lawrie will continue to ruin families and livelyhoods for another 12 months. But am I not alone in wishing (nae hoping and praying) that he gets his come-uppence before the year and the world smack as many lawsuits onto his sorry a$$ as they can!!

I mean, come on, we know the company needed a turnaround, but the bullying, toxic style of management and incomprehensible reductions over customer satisfaction is close to insanity now!

Wtf is this company doing to itself?

Now for the rest of us who left and now watch from the comfort of other companies: It feels very much like watching the volcano erupt on the island, as we watch from the comfort of the ship sailing quickly away. Most of our colleagues have luckily left, but we still all watch to see the last remnants sink into the ocean and Mikey to be arrested and put behind bars for the damage he has done.

Any negativity from pulse surveys etc comes with consequences.

After reading the Hilton lawsuit, do you really think Mickey Mouse will take it well if we report that he is s---s balls?

How he doubled the cuts to test Hilton, he will be doing exactly the same to us.

Steak cutter - master they have written negative things about you! Again!!

Mickey - what? they vote my strategy down, Double the rate of cuts, I’ll fire them all!!

Steak cutter - I already did that last week to Hilton.
