Many layoffs in small biz sales. Look for the Coordinator position in small biz sales to be eliminated company wide in the next few months.
Clean them all out, no one will miss any of them. All they do is collect money they didn't earn and lay more people off or just cut them with a 2 week notice.
It's funny the short term investors are throwing fits about the loss of a percentage of income from 11 or 12 percent return down to around 7. Where was this outrage when 1000's of jobs were cut? At least your still getting a return on your capital, those employees that gave 20 or more years, moved to keep a job to only be let go etc have nothing.
May have to cut back and only play 18 holes a week instead of 36 now.
This was long over due as far as company health, they been packing debt since the first merger and piling it on, it may be rough going for a while inside the company as they restructure, investors are going to have to look for a new golden goose for those level of returns now. But you can't pay money out if it's not coming in. You can only layoff so many employees, sell so many buildings, sell off so many assets before you don't have anything left to build on. While all that was going on you investors were applauding what they were doing. It's your turn to put you MONEY where your mouth has been all this time.
He's a real Storeyteller isn't he??7
Hopefully ALL of the Senior Execs, they lied to Shareholders when they said repeatedly in 2018 the dividend was "safe" and they were "committed to the dividend"..........LIES, LIES, LIES
The only layoff needed is Jeff Storey, he told Investors twice last year the dividend would not be cut, he's just gone back on his word and cut it by 75%
Maybe in Management
