If they didn't pay off people for their souls, there could've been suits. Say for example if everyone over 50 sued for age discrimination, and we all know that is prominent in this company.
Told me I had to sign that I would speak against them on social media or the severance would stop & id owe the money they paid me...
Now that the severance is done being paid out... what can they do? Really... sue the thousands they let go?
The trolls, unfortunately, have a point. You have no legal case here.
If you are still employed I would, however, suggest you talk to your coworkers about workplace democracy and organizing a union.
I hope they sought a better dictionary.
