At store 992 in Tulsa our Fresh Cap program is quite a joke. I don't think it's run the way it's suppose to be. We aren't allowed to cap and pick the old produce first, we have to work the new freight down on the pallets, then cap everything. Same way in Bakery and Deli. Instead of a team effort, there is one person in Deli, one in Meat, one in Bakery, and maybe 3 in Produce.
The ASMs are stingy with the equipment. We are usually given 3 old MC40s which don't get signal in the coolers, and they always crash and reboot. We might get 1 TC70 if we're lucky.
The Second Shift Cap Team comes in and they never get to to stock anything in Fresh. They spend a couple of hours of just doing CVP and Donations. Everyone takes lunch every half hour, then they come back and do Returns or stock Dairy or Grocery.
