The only snowflakes are the cheerleaders running around in denial claiming Sears is fine....

Tell that to the tens of thousands of Sears employees that lost their jobs over the past decade due to layoffs and store closures.

So you've come to a layoff board to rant about folks not being positive enough about the company - a company that's laid off tens of thousands of workers and damaged the brand those workers once believed in. And you wonder why people are sick of people like you? Why don't you start a Sears Kool-Aid board were you and your fellow cheerleaders can sit in a circle, jerk each other off, and discuss all the positive improvements ESL has made with Sears over the past 13 years? Sounds like that's right up your alley.
