I'm glad they fired me. Now I have 3 offers paying better than BNY. I never would have had the guts to move out on BNY on my own. I was way too comfortable. I hope it works out good for others as well.

Congrats! Glad to see someone escape the loony bin and manage to find better opportunities. I'm really hoping they'll move to voluntary layoffs for people like myself who would gladly accept the package and be laid off.
