Severance not paid for 60 days. And saying last day of employment is 60 days. What’s really going on Home Depot.
Can you please clarify this, @XtReQZY-6xrw? Are you saying that nobody from the people who were just laid off will receive their severance for another two months? Isn't severance supposed to be paid right away (at next pay period?)
Correct People laid off will be paid their normal salary for 60 days then they were after employment is terminated with a 60 day severance
It doesn't surprise me the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing at that store the HDE department is a mess they hire Veterans as managers and they think they can talk to you and order you around disrespect you in front of the customers no wonder they're laying people off nobody wants to deal with people who don't know what they're doing
I read It as the severance pay is sent out at the end of the 60 days if u do not take another THD job, but we will get 65,000 salary, every week, .... $1200 week... ie... base pay continuation
