Most techs in my area use Comcast at home. Better price, better speed. Even the MRO admits using them. Our SRO uses CTL and cries about soeed and noise all the time, but to proud to switch. Gets on us for using Comcast.
There are net techs who are also customers and they still can't get them to fix the plant in their area.....Good luck Laurie.

Last update was over 3 mos ago and have less than 200 people signed on. Sounds like CTL has some rock solid customer support otherwise there would be more signatures.
