Most combinations fail, moslty cause a culture mismatches. So sayeth HR. MDR and CBI aint a good fit, trying to make them fit would be like sending these CBI dandies to conversion therapy. It just don't work, they was born that way. No surprise if this one fails to. Just sorry that CBI had to "tank" MDR (HA!). They coulda sunk all by themselfs. HR really s---ed at cultural integration, silly nonsense, fingerpainting n all. All them people leaving. Connections gone. Expert knowledge gone. Just walking away and leaving they problems for us to clean up. Ya, there were other troubles. But the people which could fix em got all bent outta shape n left. Blame HR.

Lummus never was a EPC, they were a technology company with a purchasing and construction company. Have you ever seen their so called engineers on the PC side? Real engineers will not put up with their project managers and purchasing people. They know better.
