The cheerleaders are celebrating the fact that the man responsible for driving Sears into bankruptcy now owns the company.
Eddie doesn't know his a-- from his elbow when it comes to successfully running a retail operation.
Yet the cheerleaders apparently have short memories and believe that the same man that nearly destroyed the company is going to somehow turn it back around.
"WOW member experiences " Give me a break. Sears and Kmart haven't Wowed anyone since 1978! 🤡🤡🤡
It's a no win situation for Sears.
Liquidation.....or being bought by Eddie Lampert were the two choices.
Both scenarios will have the same outcome.....the shutdown of Sears.....All Eddie did was kick the can down the road and delayed the big liquidation.
Nothing has changed.....The man who drove Sears to bankruptcy is still in control.....He will end up selling it all off for his own personal gain.
If shoppers choose to no longer shop at Sears, there will be no reason for the company to stay in business.
No one is a "hater" of Sears as it was. Why do you get so defensive when people state the truth?
So what's this go forward plan then?

Catalog was never going to work against Amazon. Order and wait three weeks before it arrived at your door. There was a reason people preferred shopping in stores. We see the same kind of wow customer experiences living on in Innovel and home services today.
It’s a new day! So happy for Sears. Hope they are successful with the go forward plan. I’ll do my part as a customer! Can’t blame Eddie for everything. Former Chairmen Wood, Telling, Brennan, Martinez and Lacy all had a big role in the very long decline. Never really understanding what Sears was or could be. If Catalog stuck around it could have been transformed to Amazon before Amazon! The app and website commerce still need a lot of work but I believe in Sears!!
