Always so transparent and honest (sarcasm), another VP “retires” immediately. Does SWN really think everyone is so stupid to believe this nonsense?
I need one of you to tell the joker to get all of his junk out of the office on three, STAT!

Well now that joker has “retired” he cannot defend his newly crowned title “corporate hot dog eating champ” and “chocolate pudding pie eating champ.”
Next year will have a new champ and maybe one of the new shiney objects is able to claim the title. Hey that’s why they were hired right?!
Well, the joker left all his junk here. must have been in a real hurry to retire.
Any SVP, VP, Director or manager who suddenly ‘retired’ or ‘left the company to pursue other interests’ over the last 2-3 years. There have been a lot. Always replaced by shinier objects.

Oh wow! I needed that laugh this morning. I work at Chesapeake, but heard about the funny posts over on this one. Sounds pretty unbelievable that this “joker” character even has a job over there anymore. Layoffs or not, that is some entertainment. 👏
While we here at SWN appreciate the humor. Let’s keep it to layoff info only.

For those not able to attend in person because you were laid off, here is the winner of the hot dog eating contest....
2019 ELT Hot Dog Eating Champion is none other (not a shocker) GS aka “Joker”!!!
Joker had a clean sweep of all the medals and he also won the chocolate pie eating portion of our event. Not surprisingly, he failed to wipe it off his nose, which resulted in additional bonus points, securing the title!!!
GS said afterwards, “I get to the office every day early and stay late too so that my mentor (you know who....the guy with the ring, starched shirt, great smile and indulges on the hard stuff at our Christmas parties) can help me get to the next level. We Compete and Win!
Joker mentioned, “a fun fact about my mentor’s starched shirt is not just from the dry cleaners either.”
He was proud to share that he and JB were in a tight race. JB was a full wiener ahead of me, but the move I’ve been practicing every morning, the double wiener chow down, really paid off! I was able to maintain a one weiner length lead, which is small in this competition. Glad i was able to swallow that last one to win all the marbles.”

I wouldn’t bet on it. We been waiting to get “oilyer” since about 2010... what makes you think they’ll do it now, especially with these genius ELTs we have at this clown show. Only oil is in the parking spaces of the joker and the janitorial staff vehicles.
First time poster but have to say If you are here in Spring like me than one of us lives a pretty sad life at SWN. I bet it’s you. I am a realist and this company is a dead end. I check in on this site because all the people who post on here are funny. Well most are It’s humorous to see our fellow swn employees who have a paycheck here express themselves. ;(
I’m here in Spring and I have not seen or heard of any layoffs this week. Complete BS from disgruntled former employees just trying to “feel” important in their unproductive lousy life. SWN is going in the right direction and I expect us to get “Oilier” Sooner or later ;)
Stop feeding the troll. Obviously its the same person making all these post for years. Person is in Texas and he has been laid off for awhile. Like a scorned woman.

Layoff numbers smaller today than yesterday. NE and Spring effected both days. Glad I did not get laid off this time.

Can’t imagine the stress our leaders are under. Such respect for these guys, who make it happen every day. So thankful for their wisdom and knowledge, guiding us all to prosperity and secure futures. These are times our grandchildren will ask us about our days at SWN. Memories and security for our future.
