Many of the layoffs today were based on pay. The senior people with the most knowledge were released. I don’t know how we are going to get by with the people we have here now. Isn’t it illegal to fire people based on pay?
Guess we will all have to wait for that tap on the shoulder....this company is falling apart and spinning around the drain.
I don't see how it could have been based on pay. If that were true then the layoffs would have started at the top and those of us making under 35K a year would still be there.
If it is based on knowledge and over payment for performance I know who should be at the front of the line with his box. The Tetley Tbag.

They’ve been circling the drain for years, layoffs after layoffs. People hoping to get a big package. It’s interesting how employees can even be surprised.
