Thread regarding Windstream Corp. layoffs

Outsourcing

Non-essential services have been outsourced. For some strange reason, HR and the Executives haven't been outsourced, but that will change in a few years.

With AI becoming smarter and smarter - soon it will drive our vehicles for us. That same AI will also replace the bloated executive teams and all of HR. AI can do a lot better in decision making than the CEO and HR, at a fraction of the cost. No need then anymore for executive bonuses or corporate jets - AI will crunch the numbers in no time and make the correct business decisions - without needing to take trips to Europe or lobby Congress.

AI executives and HR also won't need to do 'favors' with other AI in order to get a promotion or keep their jobs. The intelligence to replace these people already exists in a way with the cashier-less checkouts being used. You won't need a 'super' computer to do their jobs - most of it is repetition anyways.

So yes automated processes are replacing many regular employees - and will eventually be able to replace the clueless CEO's and HR teams for many businesses, resulting not only in huge cost savings, but better business decisions.

"anything that could be considered a rational thought"

If you are still at WIN - what do you know about rational thought? Why are you still there?

At no point in your rambling, incoherent post were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.
