We got spring and summer merchandise in November and I. December we got swimwear. So is this new orders. We have no patio furniture and by now we already had all assemble and ready to sell.
Generally we would be getting spring merchandise in the next few weeks, so this sounds right.
That would seem to either indicate that someone at HE knows something we don’t, or the company is in such chaos that nobody knows what is going on. Either is equally possible at this point, but I’d tend towards utter chaos being the reason.
Incidentally, hasn’t summer merch typically already started landing in stores about now in years past?

There were no “negotiations” today. All that happened was people bidding. From the beginning of this whole process back in October, 1/16 has always been the date. There is no more “working on” of bids. If it wasn’t in by 5PM today, that was it. There will be no more extensions and negotiations on the bid(s) that have been filed. There will be no auction(s) “next week” either. Once again, all of that had to be presented to SHC and their advisers TODAY. Not tomorrow, not next week. If the bid wasn’t certified a week and a half ago and formally entered today, it will not be considered.
This is baseless information. People are out here worrying about their careers, and here you are posting this feces to try and get a reaction
