All callouts go to SRO first in NJ and then he decides if we go or not. No callouts to tech directly before being screened. This includes CO outages and 911.

Last i knew if less than 600 lines out, no callout. Not sure of criteria for 911, i know they have in the past asked if it can wait till regular business hours. If the customer plays the medical emergency card i think they may give you a callout for that.

They have to keep at least one person on call for the CO 24/7 don't they? For power outages or 911 troubles?

Still 24/7 for COTs in Colorado. Even still this wouldn't be unusual. Next.
