Instead of lashing out at each other, let's turn on customers. I would like to hear from Managers how you handle tons of (latinos, hipanics, maxicans ) very little English and 6-8 extracare cards tieing up the registers for hours . It's not about their ethnicity it's just the ones that do it . We didn't sign them up for these cards. DL says they are the customer . I want customers to get a good deal but it's out of hand and has been for a while

get use to it buddy..its the new face of America..its only a matter of time when the ultra left takes over in a few years...they will steal and rob from your stores...I don't give a rats a-- what HR has to say...we are not hurting enough yet...but in a few years look out...the government (tax payers) will not be able to subsidize all these scripts...

I was raised by a mother who cried all the time because her children were always hungry due to the fact we wrrr poor and there were no handouts of any kind at that time or hand ups either. Our bellies hurt from hunger our entire childhood, we were put to work in the groves of Fla at age 5 for a dollar a day just to survive. My how we would have loved things such as a coupon that we could use at a store, there were no such programs! Instead of bashing these women try to understand what they may be up against in life and that this is a good dead you are doing ! By the way my mother would have humbled herself and moved to the back of the line for her children and never had one bad feeling about you asking her to do so! Bless you she would have said! I won't re-write but I will say it's gap in communication , very hard to explain the program and hard to navagate tons of Senarios that come up with coupons - trying to explain why each coupn won't work.

I handle it the same way as caucasian or African american customers who use the 40% off for baby formula and diapers. Give it to them, it's NOT YOUR MONEY, you dont own the problem. If CVS wants to give c-ap away $10 below cost, let them, if CVS wants to continue to tick off every day customers because we are out of stock due to low stock levels(cfr) and multiple card customers ...IT IS NOT YOUR PROBLEM.

We just follow the rules, ie: no out dated coupons, put limits placed on the popular items (management has the right to do this), if the mfr. Coupon has a limit ie: one per household per day, so, it doesn't matter how many cards they have, only one PER ! If the register shows it red we just tell them "sorry, but when it shows up RED we now cannot override it now "!
