I heard Ace was interested too. I also read somewhere that if the $5 billion bid doesn’t get approved for the whole Sears package then Eddie has made contingency bids for certain segments like home services. I think the article I read said something like $25 million for home services but that seems low so I might’ve misread it
Ace Hardware has a bid in for home services only, not to include SHIP.
Service.com has put in a bid for SHIP.
