I hope its truth in my store our AP did nothing at all. He was a waste of time and payroll only gave himself close to 40 hours walked around flirted with girls just talked big. He had his chance to redeem himself in our store because the store manager was stealing and he talked how he was going to get him in the end, never did. I feel he was to scared to get him and all he did was talk (despite being proof here).
I am surprised they don't get rid of AP when they arent doing nothing to help out its just a waste of time if you tell me just no point especially if thats a way to cut cost.

He had his head so far up scotts butt i dont know how he could breathe. I remember him trying to speak at a conference. He fumbled, bumbled, and made up words as he went along. What a doofus... It is all true. Sears has not had any competent app for years. Dcc app is a joke and so is kiss a-- kisner. Remote team was decimated. Last time I spoke to them realized how incompetent they are. Hi brad. No wonder we tanked.

Too bad they already laid off all the remote monitoring people. All APP does now is look important, s--- down a massive salary and look for trivial safety violations to justify their own continued existence. They won’t be missed.
This type of work can be done remotely these days
The LP/Ap in our store is 19 or 20 years old and sits in his office all day taking a nap. Couldn't get much worse if you just fired them all.
The affirmative action crew plus as kissner have been looking for jobs but they are not qualified. These other companies know they are Lpm material in the real words at best. Get to flippin those burgers.
Only the rejects are left at Sears APP. No one wants to hire those trolls.

This is exactly what Kmart did before they went under back in the early 2000’s for all of those who say it’s impossible, can’t use names but the affirmative hire who is now running app and the director of the doc are two of the most incompetent and backstabbing individuals who ever worked in app at sears, worse than the CSO who left
Corporate is too worried about associates using $5 in SYW points than they are about carloads of tools being pushed out the door.
The old app would have had the resources to catch/stop the internals. They also knew how to do it. Look at the theft numbers. Look at Orc. Look at the experience people that have left. Look at the policies. All designed and designated at losing. No one left with any real knowledge.
Every year in January/February the company cuts AP, so sure this year will be different and some will be let go, that’s what happens when you close hundreds of stores you don’t need as many staff as the year before. The same thing that happens to the DMs. With 425 stores APP and Ops can easily cut to 2 MAYBE 3 regions with the offshore stores. And APs will go home just like DMs will go home, move on and get real.
And when that 10 bucks becomes 100 the next day for 5 days and becomes $500? Regardless if their salaries are made back they’re still needed and will remain until the end. NO retail company has ever operated without AP. How’d they fire all the agents if there’s still stores with AP Managers and associates? Sure some of them are worthless but they’d never be completely wiped and if you believe that you’re an id--t
There has been no real "APP" for years. Just a bunch of conference call directors and zmaps. Was in app and LP for ten years. Today's app LP is a disgrace. Used to be a source that of pride. No one left with any instincts. Just a bunch on walk around, talking, wastes of payroll. Especially kisner and the dcc investigators. What a joke.
