I have seen how they operate , they promote a--holes who say " I can do everything " and layoff the 45-60 yr old experts , leaving a huge knowledge gap . The recent outage would have been repaired in just a few hours had the people with " experience " been still employed . True some left for better offers, the really smart ones. There was I time when I could call salt lake to to test and turn up a T-1 in 15 mins , simple times indeed. The first time I had an " infinera outage " no one knew the equipment at the NOC because they were too new , it was the " experienced " field tech that was the key in getting it repaired . so Suffer the consequences JEFF , it will happen again -----Qanon
