This has been a short time coming, as Centurylink does not want a union company, and we don't see the union fighting to keep employees working. Customer service has actually been down since Centurylink took over Quest, employees saw it happening when new people were being brought in, plus Centurylink has almost as many management people as the other people, no not really but almost. Centurylink is a typical backwards company, they still do things the way companies did business 30 years ago. My advice is that Quest employees get other jobs while you can, and leave Centurylink in the dust.
