Eddie just found out that his pants pocket had a hole in it and all the money fell out and got lost on the way to court.
So, past 4pm, guessing he did it though?

It'll be someone else's money tho. Can't see him dipping into his own bank account (especially when there's chumps..er...banks willing to do it)

One of the conditions of the $120 million deposit is that $17.9 million of it is non-refundable. So if Eddie does pony up the money he will most likely be flushing 18 mill. down the toilet.
