Can't cut the dividend and the answer has to be to dip into cash to pay it and then promise Wall Street it will have major layoffs and closures to keep the dividend flowing. The late earnings call allows the execs to plan for all of the changes.
Dividend cut as revenue takes a "pause"? If they can't hold the dividend and still be cash positive, and/or severe guidance cut then it'll be a bloodbath.
