Even the office of the CEO is against Eddie now. He has no money. This is all he has left.

Eddie won't win sh-- because he has nothing to bid with. All of this has shown is that he's a big fraud as usual.

X1WKpBn-tct There is no auction Friday. If there is an auction it will be on the 14th, ESL will win, life goes on with 250 stores. Eddie still wins.

Haters? Most of the people reading our current employees who would just like to know the outcome. Is it liquidation today or Monday? Even if ESL is "protesting" as you say, it doesn't mean anything. The judge is free to rule as he sees fit. If it going to allow for liquidation, do it and allow us to move on with things. Keeping 60,000 + people in suspense if BS!

"Protesting" a court's decision doesn't mean sh--, whatever they decide is pretty much final.

Doubt that is going to stop the auction this Friday, it has to go forward. Also you didn't say the judge would take it under advisement.

Still, ESL plans to protest Sears’ decision, a person familiar with the situation told CNBC. ESL, which worked over the weekend to improve its offer, will point to the extensive advisory fees that Sears has racked up during bankruptcy. Such fees are part of Sears’ administrative expenses.

The people requested anonymity because the information is confidential.
