Thread regarding Sears layoffs

Why are we still receiving new product?

I can't understand why any of the suppliers would willingly still be sending us products. And they are! We have nearly the same number of delivery trucks as we did six months ago.

How incompetent do you have to be to completely ignore what's been going on at Sears and act like business as usual?

Keep it coming, more stuff we’re going to get at 50% cost from the DDCs after the liquidation. Be sure to fill up Gouldsboro and Columbus with 50043 refrigerators. We will make a killing on those!

We are under the bankruptcy protection, with the DIP number. Vendor will get paid if they shipped after the filing date. Also, a number of vendors are CIA, they are being paid prior to product shipping. They have 3 business days to ship from time of payment or they are in violation of bankruptcy laws.
