Good luck with your lawsuit. I consulted a very good employment atty in NYC when I was severed, and they advised me to take the package.
I got told today. 18 years of service but have to clear my desk by the end of February. I did not accept the severance package as I think it is insufficient.

Yes. Not sure how many but ran into someone that got notice yesterday. It's never just one.
I'd be surprised if the answer was no.
