Doubt Costco will take the Kenmore brand (they briefly sold appliances branded under the Kirkland name but that didn't last too long), but I could see Lowe's/Home Depot or maybe JCPenney buying it on the cheap to use as a house brand.

@cfv Stores are barely making $15k a day? Try some Sears stores that barely bring in $1k a day! Seriously, not too long ago we closed at a laughable $700 one day. Only $700 after being open for nine hours. We average about $3k/day (barely). We didn't even get to the $15k on Black Friday, it was more like $12k. It is quite the phenomenon that we have never made "The List".

Costco sells LG and Samsung which sears delivers and installs. Adding Kenmore to Costco makes scents.
Costco would use Kirkland if they want store brand appliances. They already own it and it has a good reputation unlike Kenmore.
With Lowes and Home Depot selling appliances and beating in sears I don't see how Sears will survive if people are not shopping there anymore. Is he going to just focus on big ticket items get rid if softlines??? Stores are bearly making $15K a day with the holiday season already started. But we will see what Eddie will do.
