I disagree, give me my VCIP and let me the hell out of here. We all know the Calgary office is on borrowed time, just pull the trigger already. I'll take my package and leave quietly.

We don’t give a flying f$&@$$k. We all know some asset sales and layoffs are bound to happen if oil is around 50. I will rather not have VCIP if layoffs are planned for 2019.
