Plenty of room to cut cost....WFT refuses to do it!!!

I doesn’t take much to realize that half of the managers don’t get much done. Any time of the week stop by one of the offices..... Cutten Rd. Ghost town.

Incompetent managers that have been demoted ( not with a pay cut ) are well known in that office. Just a few pulling their own weight.

But nobody cares and upper management promotes and allows this disease to spread.

WFT Options:

1) Cut Ops and Sales managers salaries

2) Propose compensation based in “Real” revenue generation (means based on collection)

3) Reduce trips and hotel expense to the minimum

4) Eliminate the Expat status and paid all employees in local currency

5) Focus on Sell, Sell, Sell and collect, collect and collect

6) Review support structures and reduced it to the minimum

7) Incentive and recognize the field crews and maintenance support

Pay your sales people commission and they will sale, pay them salaries and they sit on their fat butts.

Some said one of the top paid sales account managers........ hasn’t sold anything for a loooooong time.

Totally Agree, WFT could save a lot of money in compensation if management understand that this is a business and not a friendship place. There are many account managers that don't sell any penny, some others managers that never going to see clients. Looks like people is just there waiting their paycheck until everything is gone!!!
