Here we go again!
Every year the oil business "DROPS" & NOV has to do what is best! For all to survive, the nexts years to come. If you do your jobs & keep your nose clean, it will be fine. Just remember never depend on any "over-time". I survived 41-yrs until under the labor "ACT-12" at Air-Center.
I would agree with that.
Oil is crashing, time for another round of layoffs.
