Check “Just Capital” website showing companies gender pay gap by state. It shows Humana’s 2017 pay gap for women in most all states except one or two. It also shows Humana employs more women than men overall. At the same time, it shows Humana as #1 in its industry for gender pay gap reduction. Happy to see Obama’s crafted regulation working to reduce pay gap by fining companies.
If all of the women used “Just Capital” to figure the % decrease in pay to their male counterparts and asked for a raise to match their pay at the same time or walk out...
That’s what we have learned the last few years, it takes strength in numbers for women to a few men.
