A big no to this store . The staff is harsh and they made a mistake to me and not ready to listen . He will give you damn whatever it is.Different staffs speaks different things at the same time and instances.
We ordered tires online and when we showed up for our appointment to have them installed we were rudely told the tires were not in stock and no one could help us or tell us when they would arrive. We asked about a refund and were told they didn't handle refunds. We called the central customer service number when we got home for a refund and the agent we spoke to called the store for us and even she was given the run around. First she was told they had the tires then when she asked them to check she was told they didn't have the tires when she asked for the manager the people on the phone in the store hung up on her if Sears employees can't get treated with respect than there's no reason to believe you will be. We will never shop here again.
bought appliances from this shop, delivery ok. then items were recalled, so i exchanged them within 30 days. and the nightmare begins... calls to the store are never picked up by the right dept, my salesman quit without arranging for my returns. salespeople are pretty useless when you ask for assistance. manager no help either. calling any customer service number leads nowhere. they are prompt to notify you of a purchase but nowhere to be found on a fair return. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Sears will probably go bankrupt soon anyways. try your neighborhood appliance shop. this is not worth your trouble!
I bought a watch for myself, the bracelet has to fit my wrist so the employee told me to pick up the watch after few day she gave me the receipt .. She said they'll call me if it's ready to be pick up.. It's now almost 3 weeks.. I'm tired of eating and calling the Fine Jewelry Department.
If you want to be screamed and yelled at by the "Loss Prevention" staff (whose photo is attached) when you are tying to defend your own rights, then please go ahead and shop at Sears!
I dealt with 3 hours of anger and exhaustion dealing with Nadia was horrible and then dealt with suppose store manager he stuck his middle finger up and then solutes to me so Incase the cameras saw him then cursed me out HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE .........even corporate called the store and the employees kept hanging up the phone .
Listless sales staff... They do not even know where stuff is in the store

I was just at the Sears in Newport Mall Store # 1044 and was dealing with the most disrespectful and unhelpful employees that I have ever encountered.

writing to corporate office help even less, no one bothers to assist you with that problem Sears have created
