So what’s the word on the street about raises and bonus. Seems like no communication about raises or even timing of them. Also no transparency of where we are trending with the bonus. Can’t imagine it’s anywhere close to the target we were told early in the year. Any thoughts?

Highly doubt 118%! Production has been down for months, not even close to target for 100%!!
Remember when they took away LTI and sold us all on that 200% bonus? What a joke!!!!
Last time they presented on bonus target they said 118%. After all the talk about no surprises and transparency, I would guess we are still on track for that? At a minimum I would expect 100%. Hopefully no news is good news. Anyone have any real updates?

Princess? HA You must be one of the ones who got to keep their LTI. I don’t wanna leave but with only a 3% bump last year, that don’t catch up from the downturn or cost of living, I may have no choice if they don’t do something this year. It would be real helpful if they didn’t keep us in the dark about stuff.
