Do we get time and a half or the extra $2.00 per hour?
I asked our payroll person again yesterday and I was told we only get $2.00 an hour extra
I had previously ask on this board and someone said we get time and a half..
Does anyone have the factual answer?
Now I'm wondering if some stores are getting time and a half and other stores are only getting the extra $2.00 an hour

Does the cash office person set the amount to be paid or do they just send the payroll people the hours worked and the payroll company sets the amount of pay for Thanksgiving?

Its is premium pay. Time and a half for Thanksgiving. If you go into 88sears and pull up the personnel manual it is there in black and white. Its $2.00 for Memorial Day, Labor Day.
