"No Raises Next Year"

Anyone who thinks worst case scenario is "No raises" is in their own little world of make believe. Here's reality Dorothy, many of you will be very lucky if you make It through 2019 with a job, nevermind a raise.

How can anyone watch the bloodbath at TR and still be thinking in terms of raises? Delusion, denial, flat out stupidity.....

HR is that you?!?! TR used to have 45k employees. Don’t @ me by saying TR still owns 45% of F Blackstone is calling the shots. Many went to BS, many have been cut, more will be cut. Anyway in Coporates and the other segments, execs gave their leads/friends raises and the lower level will bear the brunt.

To be fair many people will be keeping their jobs. This company employs 45k people. They’re can cut to the bone. Still thousands will remain.

@WmYgROt so the “leads” are given raises but everyone else is out of luck? All these managers appointed each other to jobs, gave each other raises and bonuses, and now proceed to underhandedly lay people off and decrease wages? This type of corrupt, top-heavy system is doomed to fail.

I wish I could say I would be happy if I kept my job, but the environment is so toxic I think I would be happy with a severance package. Just give me six months to find another job at least.

The dividend paid on shares will rise however.

That’s risen very healthy over the years.
