No Christmas bonus was addressed in the 3rd quarter employees meeting but only after someone specifically asked about it. Our CEO has yet to make an official announcement...ineligible are any bargained for employees. Union hating much?

No Christmas Bonus. It was announced in last week’s All Hands meeting. CEO believes in performance-based compensation only.

Still waiting on the official word for christmas bonuses, With the amount of people that was fired and the ones that left, "should" be able to give us all a bonus, we shall see soon enough but not counting on it.

Employees of this Houston company are having a very merry holiday season. Everyone at Hilcorp — all 1,381 employees — received a $100,000 Christmas bonus, according to KDFW. “It’s just a true gift,” receptionist Amanda Thompson told the station.
