I’ll take my hard work and learning the ropes in the field over your fancy college degree any day! I seen that there is no return on investment for them anyway.
It's not a millennial problem, it's a college degree problem. At the end of the game, the college degree will always win even if it takes years. Sorry that us millennials learned from our parents and decided to go to college for a better future. Also poster above me, you are spot on accurate.

Great point, Miss! I’ve been trying to wipe the SWN $hitstain off my resume for a year now. Can only find opportunities at Walmart stocking shelves. I’m not gonna get into the generational conversation, but I had to walk 5 miles to school, barefoot, uphill both ways, and in the snow. Just sayin!

You won’t be promoted twice as fast unless you s--- d$?@.... which you probably already do. That still doesn’t get you where you need to be so you take it up the a$$ in the company gym which is another reason they will get rid of you. They don’t need a bunch of crying bi$&@es who need a gym, coffee bar, market place and nap room to do their jobs. The baby boomers were pu$$i@$ like you.
As a millennial I look forward to being promoted twice as fast and make twice the money you made Mr Baby boomer at he same career point. . And I look forward to laying you off and hiring more millianials and gen z. Ain’t that right bae!!
There are good and bad people from every generation, but the world today is a product of the 'baby boomers', so if you're going to pick on a generation, choose that one. Most 'millennials' are too young to have made any significant change with the way things are today, they're just how society created them (or how their parents raised them). So please think twice before making comments about how lazy, spoiled, or conceited you think they are.
Why would they only target millennials? Were the hardest workers their are and the smartest. Most of us rented our own places and we don’t live with our parents. Stereotyping is not cool and stuff, bae!
