I see that a wrong strategy that they are cutting productive workforce and keeping strong overhead in levels L5 and L6. South Latan are full off unproductive CRE's and AE's with no account, don't make sense. They seems parasites that will not leave the host.

The point here is not the professional behavior, if is correct or not is another question. The point is that the organisation there is no control of who is generating value and who not. The WFR list is subjective and no metrics base. Today overhead is 25% the goal in 2020 is 12%, we know what will happen...

I know a lot of very fine technical people and Managers who were separated from the company not by their wishes (laid-off means they will be rehired)
