Overhead x productive workforce

I see that a wrong strategy that they are cutting productive workforce and keeping strong overhead in levels L5 and L6. South Latan are full off unproductive CRE's and AE's with no account, don't make sense. They seems parasites that will not leave the host.

WFR's are not selective.

There is a metric - but it aint smart and it wouldnt know clever if it was slapped about the face with a wet herring!

WFR is a simple (really really really simple) spreadsheet project...

Do I roast 1x80K (30yr+ ) experience guy or 4x15K newbs?

-- obviously the former.

Because I have still got 4 resource units to deploy and I am 20K up on the deal.... experience ....knowledge ...Dont let facts get in the way of a good story

The point here is not the professional behavior, if is correct or not is another question. The point is that the organisation there is no control of who is generating value and who not. The WFR list is subjective and no metrics base. Today overhead is 25% the goal in 2020 is 12%, we know what will happen...

Only fools are getting laid off , who ever said that is a fool.

I know a lot of very fine technical people and Managers who were separated from the company not by their wishes (laid-off means they will be rehired)
