GCA 104 i heard 2 techs. I also heard New England 1 tech. From Miami 1 tech. 18 total throughout the country but may happen in March not EOY. So that's good news. Bankruptcy is certain again. It shouldn't really matter unless you are at retirement age, anyone left im sure has been saving money and anticipating this day for a long time now. If not shame on you.

Sad. The Avaya model is to sell and support its software, products and services thru thousands of resellers. Multiply your heartache 100 fold when you add in the poor laid off partner employees or the partners that Avaya sinks.

@WkqY613-2reh read the new agreement and file case as per agreement you need to serve 2 months of notice and you cannot buy back notice period. The agreement cannot be 1 sided if u don't have option to buy back then co. also don't have that option. Fight for u r rights.
For the techs who got the notice, what city/gca are you out of

Yes absolutely! We were given a number of ~15% in India till March '19. It would be similar around the world in US and Ireland. So, some would go early and some late. Feeling sad about all those who would be picked up but this is business. This will continue till March 19. So, anyone leaving
