How many hourly and how many salaried?
And how long of lunches are the salaried taking because there is no work for them to do?

GE Power Windsor saw some decent hits this week. I hear more coming in the next two weeks in various other locations. Sorry but it is not b---s---.
There have been over a dozen salaried cuts in Greenville this week...
Bull sht

I'm from 273 Schenectady we don't like Stan so we hope for layoff he tried to bust up my sleep spot but my manager let's me sleep in his office.
Why would you hope to get laid off if all you didn’t was sleep and make 80k a year. Your either a liar or a complete r----d. Good luck at your job back at McDonald’s

I really don’t understand why every 2-4 people here at schenectady need their own personal boss. It’s really time to cut some a lot of them out.
jni has self inflicted hypertension.
Looks like jni is the only one with a pulse on the situation.
Still zero. Come back when layoffs > 0 dumbarse.
Still Zero.
Zero!!! LMAO, You've obviously fallen down the rabbit hole, say hi to Alice for me, and have fun at your next job.
Zero.
We are all going to be effected soon. The salaried ranks are very heavy, going from 14,5k in 2011 to 28k in 2017. The company's performance cannot sustain that. Power Systems can't keep employees if they don't have the work. They have in the past kept hourly employees as long as they could to retain skilled labor that can't easily be replaced, but we are past that point now. Aviation will take a hit too. We are not in as great a shape as the media wants to portray. The senior people will probably go first, they are the heaviest on the books, and the bean counters will just see numbers, not experience. A company can't go from a value of 600 billion down to 100 billion will all of the debt, pension liabilities, and so on with out cutting payroll. It is just a sad reality we all face thanks to piss poor management. With any luck it will happen after the first of the year so our holiday time can be a happy time with family. Good luck to all.
Zero
Srsly? At 2:45 in the morning?
